On February 1, 2026, the following counties in Region 1 will be active: Canadian, Logan, Payne, Kay, Noble, Grant, Garfield, and Kingfisher.
All other counties in Region 1 will be rolled out pending necessary legislative appropriations.
Attorneys: If OFR is not yet active in your county, but you would like to be considered for a contract when OFR goes live, submit an interest form below. You will be contacted when we are able to begin recruiting and interviewing attorneys.
OFR is actively discussing contracts with attorneys, social workers, and those with lived experience (either as parents or children in the child welfare system). If you are interested in any of these roles, please review this presentation.
